The Gay Pride Parade event took place Sunday the 24th of June, 2001. You won't find here a full coverage of it -- the Dykes on Bykes, the party after, etc. -- only some random pictures.
I had the opportunity to be a guest of the AHP float, which was full of great and friendly people.
In the middle of the way, the float ran out of gas, and we all started pushing the float -- hopefully, Market Street is kinda flat at this point. Besides this surprising slight technical problem, this collective effort was actually a lot of fun :-)

J'ai eu la chance d'être invité sur le char de l'AHP, qui été plein de gens sympas.
En cours de route, le char est tombé à cours d'essence et nous avons tous commencé à pousser -- heureusement Market Street est pratiquement plate à ce niveau.
Outre la surprise générée par cet incident technique inopiné, tout le monde s'amusait bien et gardait sa bonne humeur :-)
